联轴器在旋转过程中连续传递扭矩且具备一定缓冲和减振的保护作用,而又不改变初始旋转方向和扭矩大小,BHDDF350型联轴器是某型矿用减速机与电机之间的扭矩传动部件。从该型联轴器的运行工况、结构分布、损坏形式等方面查找并分析了其失效原因,依据其受力分析提出了改进型设计方案,以供业内参考。改进设计后的联轴器,弹性块受力均匀,且最大受力降比30%以上,可有效延长联轴器的整体使用寿命,减少了煤矿井下日常的维护工作量。  相似文献

针对宝雨山矿副井天轮在使用过程中存在异常响声和轴瓦固定螺栓损坏的问题,提出了轴瓦改进方案。通过对目前在用多绳摩擦式提升机天轮的结构、运行原理分析,将两瓣轴瓦结构改为整体轴瓦结构,增加轴瓦固定螺栓数量,改进轴瓦润滑油槽,将螺旋油槽改为纵横相交的油槽,同时增加了油槽深度,轴瓦在安装时增加了限位块。利用对天轮返厂大修的机会更换了改进后的新型轴瓦,通过1年多的使用发现,更换的新型轴瓦能够满足现场生产需要,减少了日常维护,提高了现场维护效率,为矿井的安全生产提供了有效保障。  相似文献

In this work, a poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(1H,1H,7H-dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate) (PEG-b-PDFMA) block copolymer was first synthesized by the reversible addition−fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. Then a novel facile approach was developed to fabricate oval cuboid TiO2 particles with mesoporous structure by using the PEG-b-PDFMA block copolymer as a template and titanium tetrabutoxide (TBOT) as a precursor, followed by evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA) process and calcination process. The results show that the PEG-b-PDFMA block copolymer can control the oriented assembly of nanoparticles and act as templates for the formation of a mesopore. It is found that the mass ratio of TBOT/PEG-b-PDFMA and water content in the solution have a significant influence on the morphology of TiO2 particles. When the mass ratio of TBOT/PEG-b-PDFMA is 0.25/1, oval cuboid TiO2 particles with mesopores are obtained, which exhibits a high photocatalytic activity for the degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye under UV light irradiation.  相似文献

分析意大利corefon涂料的特性,研究在不同铸件应用中的典型案例。结果表明,corefon涂料可以提升汽车发动机缸体缸盖内腔清洁度、解决工程液压阀体内腔油道粘砂烧结问题、提高增压器零部件涡轮涡壳气道光洁度。铁型覆膜砂外型喷涂corefon涂料后,浇铸的铸件表面光滑,无粘砂、无烧结,不需要人工打磨和特别抛丸处理。充分体现了corefon涂料在性能上的优越性,可以解决铸造厂铸件内腔粘砂、烧结、表面粗糙的问题。  相似文献

叠置含气系统及其兼容性是煤系多类型非常规天然气合采可行性判识基础。基于临兴区块地层压力、天然气地球化学及生产数据解译,划分了叠置独立含气系统,探讨了含气系统间兼容性。基于地层压力梯度差异认为目标层段至少存在7套独立含气系统;基于产层的天然气甲烷同位素差异,认为太2段、山2~山1段、盒8~盒6段、盒3段等4套层系互不连通;基于天然气生产曲线差异,识别出山西组与石盒子组为2套独立含气系统。综合将研究区自上而下划分为千1~千4段、千5段、盒1~4段、盒5~8段、山1~太1段、太1~太2、本1段及本2段等独立含气系统。提取了地层压力梯度、气层厚度、渗透率及可动水量等影响合采兼容性关键因素,采用最优分割分类方法,指出研究区含气系统兼容性最佳分类数为5~6类,千5段、盒1~4段、盒5~8段等3套叠置含气系统合采兼容性较好。  相似文献

Abstract

Cryptographic attacks are typically constructed by black-box methods and combinations of simpler properties, for example in [Generalised] Linear Cryptanalysis. In this article, we work with a more recent white-box algebraic-constructive methodology. Polynomial invariant attacks on a block cipher are constructed explicitly through the study of the space of Boolean polynomials which does not have a unique factorisation and solving the so-called Fundamental Equation (FE). Some recent invariant attacks are quite symmetric and exhibit some sort of clear structure, or work only when the Boolean function is degenerate. As a proof of concept, we construct an attack where a highly irregular product of seven polynomials is an invariant for any number of rounds for T-310 under certain conditions on the long term key and for any key and any IV. A key feature of our attack is that it works for any Boolean function which satisfies a specific annihilation property. We evaluate very precisely the probability that our attack works when the Boolean function is chosen uniformly at random.  相似文献

Digital light processing (DLP)-based ceramic stereolithography has attracted significant attentions due to the high printing speed and high dimensional accuracy of DLP printers. However, undesired dropping of unfinished ceramic parts during printing, owing to inadequate adhesion between the first cured layer and the substrate of the building platform, still remains a challenge. In this study, the relationship between the adhesion properties of ultraviolet (UV)-curable alumina (α-Al2O3) suspensions and the functionalities and structures of UV-curable acrylate monomers was investigated. With an increase in the proportions of monofunctional monomers, the adhesion abilities of UV-curable alumina suspensions enhanced because of reduced volume shrinkage, however, inferior curing performances were observed due to a decrease in the double bond densities. Furthermore, the large-volume branched chain structures in monofunctional monomers and ethyoxyl groups in polyfunctional monomers effectively decreased the volume contraction, improving the adhesion performances of UV-curable alumina suspensions and facilitating the conversion of double bonds to provide excellent curing properties, further guaranteeing strong adhesion of these suspensions to the substrate.  相似文献

Although curcumin is considered to have various therapeutic effects, its use as a functional food or supplement is restricted owing to its low water solubility and bioavailability. To increase the solubility of curcumin in water, the use of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and vinylpyrrolidone-vinyl acetate copolymers with a pyrrolidone skeleton was noted to be promising. In particular, the bi-component formulations of curcumin/PVP prepared through spray drying exhibited an amorphous state in powder X-ray diffraction observations and temporally increased the apparent solubility of curcumin to over 5000 times that of untreated curcumin; nevertheless, after 24 h, the solubility decreased owing to the unstable supersaturated state of curcumin. The addition of α-cyclodextrin (α-CyD) in the bi-component curcumin/PVP formulation helped maintain the supersaturated state of curcumin, whereas the addition of β- and γ-CyD led to the collapse of the supersaturated state. The addition of α-CyD can likely help inhibit the nucleation and crystal growth of curcumin, through the interaction among the solubilized units of curcumin/PVP and α-CyD.  相似文献

A novel approach for preparing drug-containing particles (DCPs) with controlled size distribution and high drug loading was developed using melt granulation. This approach comprises two steps. First, melting component adsorbed particles (MAs) were prepared by mixing and heating the melting components with a porous carrier using a high shear granulator. Second, DCPs were prepared by layering the drug on MAs using a fluidized bed rotor granulator. The time taken for both steps was within 30 min. Adding the polymer in the second step remarkably increased the viscosity of the mixture of melting components and the polymer. Therefore, DCPs could be successfully loaded with a high amount of drug (70% w/w). The particle size distribution of the DCPs was narrow, and it depended on that of the MAs. The flowability of the DCPs was excellent, and the sphericity was close to 1. A unique particle formulation mechanism was suggested based on the observation of DCPs using scanning electron microscopy. The manufacturing time and DCP characteristics were not affected by the manufacturing scale. In conclusion, we have successfully developed a highly efficient novel approach for preparing optimal DCPs through melt granulation, named “Melt Adsorption and Layering with Porosity Core” (MALCORE®).  相似文献

The results are presented for the laboratory and in-situ investigations into influence exerted by construction of the vertical cylindrical explosive charges on the degree of rock-mass shattering. The necessity is shown for creating the ascending workings with a cross-section up to 1m 2. For the vertical concentrated charges with inert gaps, the drilling-and-blasting parameters ensuring a decrease in specific consumption of explosive for the secondary shattering are given.  相似文献
